To understand normal stitch orientation. The yarn goes over the
needle from the front to the back. The front leg is on the right, the left leg
is at the back.This is the usual way stitches sit. Some knitters work in a different way if your stitches are created with a different stitch orientation you will need to adapt the instructions.
