The issues around Vat are starting to bubble. I'm not knowledgeable about the topic so I'm going to post some links to the various sources I'm currently reading. Summary from Patternfish: Changes to VAT regulations that become effective January 1, 2015 only affect EU to EU sales (plus Switzerland and Norway). Put simply: if you are selling your patterns using Patternfish.com, nothing will change for you. You will have no additional responsibilities or collecting/reporting obligations.
