As a teenager I learned to sew and knit to make the clothes I could not buy to fit me. Over the years, more longer clothes became available, but I have noticed that the quality of clothes at the "tall shop" in particular, is going down and down and the prices are still ridiculously hight. When I recently commented on that to the salesperson, she agreed with me! While I have not returned to sewing yet, I have been knitting my own garments for quite a few years now. And I love it! So nice to make things that fit me well, and I can be proud of making them myself. And, bonus, enjoy making them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
